My Provisional license is now expired, I have completed 6 hrs of training.
Did you take those 6 hours after your driving licence expired ?
Or -as I'd expect- after the 2nd exam , to be allowed to do the 3rd exam ?
Honestly, I have kind of given up on Leuven now as next possible appointment is in July.
Check their website & call them occasionally, spots open up sometimes
I have read somewhere if theory Exam was given outside of Brussels then candidate is not eligible for practical exam in Brussels.
Mixing exams in different regions is a mess
In BXL you'd also need to have done a first aid training ...
1) I would like to hear from the group which other exam centers are recommended which are easier than Leuven and Brussels?
Easier isn't the right word
Not as hectic maybe ...
Where do you live ?
Being familiar with the area sure does help.
Here's a list of examination centers:

2) If I go through other driving schools they are asking me to take 6 hrs class with them as you must know is way too expensive.
Those 6 hours are a legal requirement when your provisional licence expires
And need to be done after the expiration , to
- be allowed to do the exam with a driving school despite the expired licence
or
- get a new provisional licence M12 : with a guide / valid for 1 year
3) If I try to book on my own, guide or supervisor is needed.
You can't do the exam with a guide, as your licence has expired
You'd need to obtain a new provisional licence M12 to be allowed to do the exam with a guide
But for that licence, you'd need 6 hours tuition ...
I do not have one. (Nobody in my family drives). Is there a way out of this situation?
There doesn't seem top be one ... catch 22
