The question about who SHOULD NOT wear a seat belt is confusing:
Is it someone who delivers from door to door or someone who is reversing?
The exception applies to anyone who is reversing
The exception does NOT apply to everyone who delivers packages door to door - only to post office personel (Bpost)
DHL, DPD, TNT, PostNL , GLS, .... drivers all must wear their seatbelts, except when reversing, even though they also deliver packages door to door
