Priority in cases where the road narrows, is a far too complicated issue ...

Note that without lanes, the Zipper-rule doesn't apply :!:

Note that there are NO lanes ... so you aren't changing lanes

It's a stretch of road wide enough to accommodate 2 cars

The correct answer is B, because of priority from the right.

However, in Chapter 21 I just read that changing lane is a manoeuvre, in which you must give priority. Does the above not count as a "changing lane" manoeuvre?
