In the pdf for 3rd and 4th degree violations, under point # 10, it is mentioned about overtaking.
In the 2nd figure, it shows that brown car can overtake blue car which itself is overtaking motorcycle.

But in the lesson 16 of the book under the section of triple overtaking, it is mentioned that you are not allowed to overtake a car when it is overtaking another vehicle on a road with 2-way traffic.

This is confusing. Kindly help.
